Production Line Introduction

Deelee two plus six cabinet production line includes board feeding system, board surface processing system, board conveying system, board processing system and finished product blanking system. One through type labeling machine(two labeling head concluded) can serve six cnc nesting machine, gantry palletizing will not harm the materials, also greatly increases the number of plates stored in the material warehouse. All equipments are processed continuously to maximize production efficiency, and only one person is needed to operate. It can process around 1000 boards a day!

Production Line Workflow

1. Under the control of the central control system, the board to be processed is sent to the auto labeling system by the plate feeding system through palletizing feeder.

2. In the auto labeling system, according to the number and position of the plate to be processed, the labeling efficiency is improved and the site is saved. After that, the labeled board will be pushed out of the conveying system.

3. The conveying direction is controlled by the central control system. The plate to be processed is sent to the corresponding board processing system.

4. Complete the processing, milling, drilling or cutting of the plate.

5. Conveyor device transports the finished panel to the unloading table, and the worker or manipulator receives the material.
