Production Line Introduction
Our company exploited a woodworking production line for thermofoil kitchen cabinet door. General process as below: First labeling on the side which is coated melamine paper. Then send to the CNC machine by transfer belts for the reverse side processing, includes the hinge hole, wooden glass door’s edge trimming. Then transfer the whole panel again, turnover the panel to the front side by panel turnover machine, then send to the corresponding ATC CNC machine for the pattern engraving and cutting.
All the processes are finished automatically, distribute all the panels by a centrally-controlling machine! Front and reverse side’s route output of the panel, programme and production line control of the hinge hole and wooden glass door, suit for any furniture production software, includes 2020 software. All the software and hardware part are finished by our company!
Many famous furniture company in China is using our production line now, one labeling machine can service one reverse side Ccenter and three front side CNC machine, our production line can shorten the delivery time to 3 days for the cabinet furniture industry!
Production Line Workflow
1.Put the panel on the hydraumatic loading table, Can put 30 panels 1.2*2.4m once a time.
2.Panel auto labeling, doors back side, window hinge hole processing.
3.Transfer to panel turnover system to turn over the panel from back side to front side.
4.Portrait transfer belt transfer the panel to corresponding 40 tools ATC working center.
5.40 tools ATC working center do doors front side processing.
6.Workers get the final doors at the auto unloading table in the end.
