Production Line Introduction
DEELEE one plus three cabinet production line includes board feeding system, board surface processing system, board conveying system, board processing system, and a finished product blanking system. One labeling machine of this production line can serve three CNC nesting machines for nesting materials, and all equipment is processed without interruption, which maximizes production efficiency and only requires one person to operate. Can process 500-600 large boards a day.
Production Line Workflow
1.Under the control of the central control system, the boards to be processed are sent from the board feeding system to the surface processing system, and the board surface processing system is marked in sequence according to the number and position of the boards to be processed.
2.Push the labeled board out of the conveyor system.
3.The conveying direction is controlled by the central control system. Send the board to be processed into the corresponding board processing system
4.Finish the processing of the board, milling, drilling and cutting.
5.Integrated processing of wall boards.
6.The pushing device transports the finished panels to the unloading table, and the workers collect the finished panels.
