New designed vertical storage for our 121 cabinet nesting production line. Different color, material board can be picked up automatically by the RGV arm from the storage to the production line. Worker no need to load the boards very offten like before, meanwhile it will not effect line's normal production, which is improves the line's productivity furtherly.

Recently, DEELEE CNC  research and development a new loading method for 121 cabinet production line. This vertical storage can pick up the board from different storage unit with different color and thickness automatically based on the command from our production line software. It solved the problem that customer has different type of boards, no need to load the board with forklift many times and will not effect the production of production line, which is greatly improve the efficiency of production.

The 12th China Guangzhou Custom Home Furnishing Exhibition is the first industry fair after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic in China. During this period, we had face-to-face communication with a large number of customers and suppliers in the industry, discussing future trends and helping customers establish normal plans and provide automation production solutions. We exhibited our 121 cabinet nesting production line, heavy-duty edge banding machine, and new six-sided drilling machine, which were well received by customers and resulted in successful signings at the exhibition.

Dingli machine body adopts double-layer vacuum adsorption tabletop, which is divided into upper and lower layers, with a gas storage chamber in the middle. When the tabletop with such a chamber adsorbs the plate, it can not only rely on the suction power of the vacuum pump but also create a low-pressure gas chamber by emptying the gas inside the storage chamber through the vacuum pump, and then press the plate firmly on the tabletop by atmospheric pressure. That's why Dingli machining center still won't run off when cutting narrow strips.

The load on linear guides is not a fixed value, but is influenced by various factors. Firstly, the configuration of the linear guide can be horizontal or vertically fixed, resulting in significant differences in the load capacity of the linear guide slider. Horizontal linear guides have a stronger load capacity. Secondly, due to the installation of three sliders on each of the two Y-axis linear guides of Dingli machines, they can bear higher loads and greatly reduce slider wear, thereby extending the machine's service life. In addition, the sides of the Dingli machining center guides are equipped with pressure blocks. The use of guide pressure blocks can ensure that the reference surface of the guide and the mounting surface are always tightly together, effectively ensuring the parallelism of the guide. Moreover, when the machine vibrates or is subjected to impact forces, the slide may deviate from its original position, thereby affecting the mechanical accuracy and guide life.
