To better demonstrate the stable performance and strong compatibility of our edge banding equipment, and to help customers intuitively understand our machine’s processing capabilities, we have recently sorted out the most frequent and representative customer requirements and completed unified sample edge banding tests. The tested workpieces cover a wide range of atypical and commonly used panels in actual production, including ultra-thin MDF boards that are prone to deformation during processing, standard panels pre-drilled with precise hinge holes for furniture assembly, and special-shaped boards with beveled side edges that require fine trimming and seamless edge bonding.
Different from conventional standard board processing, these special panels put forward higher requirements on the precision, stability and adaptability of edge banding machines. Ultra-thin boards demand stable feeding and pressure control to avoid board damage, panels with hinge holes require accurate edge banding avoiding hole position deviation, while beveled-side boards need professional profiling and seamless edge fitting technology.
