Main Steps

Step1: Spray Anti-adhesive

Spray anti-adhesive on the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece edge to prevent the glue adhesive from sticking to the workpiece surface (spray).

Step2: Pre-milling

After cutting, there will be fine burrs on the edges of the board. Milling is a process of precisely smoothing the edges of the workpiece to facilitate the application of adhesive.

Step3: Panel Preheating + Glueing

Preheating is to enhance the adhesion between the board and the glue.

Step4: Edge Banding

The board and the edge banding are bonded with glue. The edge banding is usually made of PVC or ABS material.

Step5: Diagonal End Cutting Device

Two motors are used to control two saw blades to cut off the edge banding at the head and tail of the board.

Step6: Rough Trimming (Optional)

Use a flat knife to cut off the excess upper and lower parts of the edge banding.

Step7: Fine Trimming

Use an R-angle knife to shape the top and bottom corners of the board into rounded corners.

Step8: Corner Round

Trim the corners at the front and back bonding areas of the board into rounded corners.

Step9: Scraper

Use a scraper and a leveling knife to remove the vibration marks left after finishing.

Step10: Heacy duty Scraper and Cloth Wheel Polishing

Remove the excess glue and dust from the workpiece.

2 German Leuco diamond cutter, size φ 70*25 mm, Z=4.

6. Fine trimming device   

2 variable frequency motors, each with a power of 1.1 kW, 200 Hz, 12,000 rpm.

2 German diamond milling cutter

(easy to discharge shavings),

diameter 125*43*30 mm, keyway, tooth number Z=3*3.

7. Up and down Tracking and Trimming Device (corner round)   

4 motors, each motor with a power of 0.4 kW, 200 Hz, 12,000 rpm.

4 German diamond tool (easy to discharge shavings function), size φ 70*12 mm, tooth number Z=4, for 15 degrees chamfer and R=1.5 mm arc.

8. Scrapper device

2 quick change knife holder, with rotary carbide imitation blade, R=1.5 mm.

9. Heavy-duty scraper and cloth wheel polishing device

Heavy-duty scraper device.

Upper and lower cleaner spraying device (RRP, Germany).

With 2 detergent nozzles (spray form).
