Production Line Workflow
1. Trolley feeding

3.Conveyor table feeding
4. Conveyor belt automatic marking machine
5. Use the knife machining center to process the back glass door and the hinge hole on the back
6. Transfer to the plate turning machine for the reverse side of the plate
7. The third conveyor table distributes the plates to each 40-tool machining center
8. 40 The knife processing center is used for the processing of the front shape and the cutting of the plate
9. Slab sorting multi-axis robot and belt conveyor to discharge waste
10. Multi-axis robot arm sorts the formed door panel to the next conveyor belt
11. Conveyor belt and conveyor will automatically convey the formed door panel to the sanding machine
