Deelee's latest development of the 121 Cabinet production line, including panel feeding system, board processing system, sheet conveying system, sheet processing system, finished product automatic sorting system and waste collecting system.
The production line has the following advantages: one labeling machine can service two cutting machines, and one robot is used for receiving materials. One person can control two to three production lines, which greatly saves labor, the label can be rotated, and can be manually monitored. One line can process 370 large boards a day in 10 hours. 121 cabinet production line is deelee's patented products.
Advantages of our 121 cabinet production line:
1. Capacity: The line can produce around 1000m² cabinets a day, consume 375 boards in 10 hours(tested by 4*8ft board).
2. Potential: Can add more machine into the line if capacity increase in the future. Can also connect robot with other equipment like edge banding machine, let fully cabinet automatic production become possible step by step.
3. Operation: Simple control interface, worker only need to operate once for a set of job file, whole process not over 3 min. One worker is enough to operate this line and only need to spend very little time on it.
4. Software: Own made software, pure and simple. Can change the code conveniently if customer need other function for the production line.
